Hairdressing

The hairdressing department prides itself on introducing great stylist to the hairdressing world that have good communication and are professionals. All students work in the college salon 'Hair by Us' 4 days a week. This has only been open to the public for 2 years and already has a good reputation. To improve their skills the students also visit Woodstock residential home one day a week to pamper the ladies that live there. All students attend work experience at local salons to increase their chances of employment once they have achieved their goals. As a department we believe students should get as much training as possible in different environments so we take the students to Wella Studios and Salon International once a year to learn new ideas and innovations in the industry.
